From there, I establish clear priorities, assign ownership and put practical processes in place. I remain involved through implementation because a plan has little value if nobody follows it.

I helped manage operations for a telehealth clinic serving approximately 2,000 clients. By improving the client experience and strengthening follow-up, retention increased from 11% to 21% within six months. The improvement added $148,257 in revenue.
